The engineer Elisa Adirosi from CNIT will receive the Young Scientist Award from the International Union of Radio Science (URSI) for her work on the NEFOCAST project.
The Young Scientist Awards was established to reward students who have contributed to innovations and discoveries in the field of electromagnetic fields and waves at an international level.
The award will be presented during the URSI General Assembly, during which current research trends are discussed, new discoveries are presented and future projects planned in all sectors of the radio field.
